You can pick up your online order at any of our store locations. Simply select the 'Store Pickup' option during checkout and choose your preferred store location. You'll receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Most pickup orders are ready within 2-4 hours during business hours. Orders placed after store hours will be ready the next business day. You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
You'll receive an email notification at the email address provided during checkout when your order is ready for pickup. The email will include your order number and pickup instructions.
Please go to the customer service desk or designated pickup area at your selected store location. Bring your order confirmation email or order number, and our staff will assist you with your pickup.
Your order will be held for 7 days from the date it's ready for pickup. If you need to extend the pickup period, please contact the store directly to make arrangements.

When picking up your order, please bring a valid photo ID and the confirmation email or order number. The name on the ID should match the name on the order for security purposes.

The paint fee covers the cost of color matching, mixing, and tinting services for paint products. This fee ensures you receive the exact color you need and helps cover the specialized equipment and expertise required for custom paint mixing.
